Built for the University of Toronto with leading edge architecture & design features including Canada’s first ventilated double skin curtainwall on the South elevation.  Exterior Venetian blinds are installed between these two curtainwall systems to control glare and capture heat that is either vented to the outside or into the building (depending on season of the year) creating an energy efficient thermal buffer.
